If my health will allow me the time (see letter below from my hospice team), I plan a series of videos on our YouTube Channel where I expound on what I have learned and experienced as an actively nomadic GypsyTraveller in California, an extremely repressive state for our kind. I have here since 1997, which was the last year I consider myself to have been free and it is when I began to teach myself civil law over the constant attack on my family and home, all due to my expression of my Traveller’s heritage.

In the meantime, I blog at https://ramonamayon.wordpress.com/ and expressing ideas on how to help people out here on Ocean Beach https://rvlighthouse.home.blog/ but it’s at ramona-mayon.com where I describe my (ongoing fight) with San Francisco City Hall for assistance, as I had been widowed, July 7, 2020, during the first wave of COVID, had temporarily lost our RV-home in the mountains, while living in a tent on Ocean Beach mid-October 2020 til December 23, 2020 at which time I decided to meet my death on my own terms, thus I had AAA tow down the broken (and throughly frozen) RV on December 23, 2020. It was deposited on Great Highway and Rivera. Immediately I started my “Daniel Fast ” 113-day hunger strike (Dec 24, 2020 to April 14, 2021), not only because of inaccessible services (for RV dwellers) but specifically because several residents had come out on December 23, 2020 when RV arrived, yelling and shaking their fists and making verbal threats, including actual calls to police. I ignored them, weeping as I plastered signs all over my RV, weeping because my husband’s ashes were inside our home. The following photos show the signs, including the laws I believe give me the right to this vehicle as home. These signs evolved and were replaced, but I am confident about how right I am that I too, a GypsyTraveller, have an absolute 4th Amendment right to be secure in my home, secure from government seizure, or even the threat of it.

What I was writing while waiting in my SUV because I already KNEW the hate about to be unleashed on me the minute the RV arrived.
That paper on top is front page of civil rights lasuit I wrote and filed November 25, 2020 over the sweep a week earlier. A lawsuit that I wrote myself, sitting in my SUV powered by sun, working in poverty, fueled by a righteous anger at the need for water and bathrooms for 15 to 25 people. Think about that level of tenacity in an opponent.
This sign refers to the only thing offered by City (a huge congregate shelter downtown). This was leading up to, during, and after the sweep of Nov 18, 2020 of the beach’s homeless encampment at Balboa. Below is an audio of that offer that day.
“It’s a congregate shelter in the middle of a pandemic. It sounds like genocide to me. No, thank you.”

Second sweep, on December 10, five days later, again no notice or offer of services, also filmed and on YouTube, this second sweep would be when I decided to get my RV and do what I could to get treatment for my breast cancer.
42 U.S. Code 3601 refers to Intimidation of Occupation (I am an ethnic GypsyTraveller and the expression of my heritage is a crime in San Francisco and thus, my treatment as a second-class citizen.
